Customer Review: Run out in ONE DAY~!
First of all, the customer service sucked, THE LISTING COMPANY. The rep. hardly spoke English, nor know where my order was, nor know anything about the item. I was told that I would be getting a RIBBON (as listed here), and not the cartridge. I was told “That is why the price is so cheap. If your cartridge is new, all you have to do is to change the ribbon to save you on the money.” I ordered 3 of this item. When the item was arrived, it was nothing like what we confirmed on the phone. It was a cartridge~! The worse, it only lasted for one day~!!! I am buying an OFFICIAL BROTHER Cartridge to SAVE MONEY.

Customer Review: Not as good as advertised
OK-So I actually based my decision to purchase this MFC printer on reviews I found on this site. I found it quite easy to set up and my Vista program had no trouble connecting. The issue I have with it is the color quality. All the reviews I read said the print and color quality was very good to excellent. My color appears washed out aqnd the blues are practically non existant. I’ve tried to print images with vibrant blues and purples that have come out muddy browns and greens. The reds and yellows have appeared as washed out and faded. I haven’t performed any in depth trouble shooting yet, and it may be an adjustable problem. But, I am rather disappointed to date.

Prints very nicely. Scans well. Once I jumped through the install nightmare (see below) it connected to my network.
