HP Color LaserJet 2600n Printer (Q6455A#ABA) http://content.webcollage.net/amazon/product-content-page?ASIN=B000A39X78
Customer Review: HP 2600n
This printer is a primary network printer. It has issues when connected directly to one PC. If using Windows Vista, a Printer Spooler Error occurs. HP has no supporting drivers to fix this. Microsoft has no Windows patches to fix this. This error is famous as several forums exist to attempt and hack both the Windows spooler and the HP 2600n. Fought this problem for two solid days with Tech calls, internet chats and promises of return calls with a solution. I have yet to hear from either group. However, the pages that managed to print were of the finest quality I’ve ever seen from a home office printer. I’m sure it will be the best printer I’ll ever own once it works.

Customer Review: Canon goes cheap
Just got the printer from Amazon to discover Canon was too cheap to supply a USB cable to hook this beast to my computer. Let’s figure USB cables add about 15 cents to the cost of the printer (my vendor charges me a buck, and I’m not a multinational company), and Canon can’t even supply this basic necessity. It tells you everything else you need to know about this printer with the just decent image quality, large footprint and awful customer service.

Customer Review: Very happy with this printer
Bought this a few months back after doing research (here and other sites). Overall it is a very nice printer. It prints excellent photos on the best settings. I only use Epson paper though, as that was one of the warnings I saw, but have no issues with that. The prints are clean and nice. The scanner is a little slow, so if that is a big deal, you might want to look elsewhere, but it works just fine for my scanning needs. At the price and the quality, its a steal. The ink is expensive (and the only reason its only 4 stars from me), but I haven’t changed out cartridges yet (getting close). I don’t print everyday, but I have printed about 10 or so 8.5″x11″ full color, best quality photos, as well as a dozen or 4×6 and various text/image documents. My black is almost empty and the rest are pretty low, but still have not changed. I would recommend buying ink online (eBay was good for me - about 60% off), as you can find the ink much cheaper than retail. I only use Epson ink though, no replacements or stand-ins as I don’t want to risk damaging the printer.

Customer Review: Great All-In One
I have only had this printer a month, but so far I am pleased. I mainly bought this item because the ink is economical. Now that I have the printer, I am even more satisfied because the print quality is great.

HP LaserJet P2015 Printer (CB366A#ABA) 250 Sheet Paper tray / 32 MB Memory / 26 Pages per minute / 1200×1200 DPI Resolution / High-speed USB 2.0 / Windows & Macintosh Compatible
Customer Review: Beware! It breaks down suddenly. What happened to HP?
I’ve had perhaps five HP printers, deskjets over the years. I moved up from a 1300 for the duplex option and quicker printing. It worked fine for a year. Then it stopped. The jam light and other lights blink or stay on constantly even where no paper is jammed, new toner is installed, etc. To my shock, searching the net, I found that this is common. It turns out that the “format board” breaks down and must be replaced. I’ve taken mine to a downtown repairshop for an estimate and may or may not have it fixed, depending on the price. I’m so disappointed with HP. Sadly, I don’t like the other printers, in part, perhaps pitifully because of visuals. The Brothers, Lexmarxs, etc. are rather ugly. Thus, I may ultimately move up to the next level of HP printer. Supposedly the 2015 is cheaply made and the 3005 (I think that’s the title) is better. Very disappointed.
